CYS Refund Policy
Refunds will be granted one month (Travel) and two weeks (In-Town) prior to the start of the season. All reasonable requests thereafter will be at the discretion of the Board as any disruptions to team rosters have the potential to negatively impact the teams and the individual players.
An administrative fee will be withheld from approved refunds to cover any insurance ($22.00/player) or processing fees associated with that player’s registration.
Late fees are non-refundable.
In the event that a player is unable to be placed on a team (not enough to roster a team; division doesn’t have enough teams to compete) a full refund will be granted.
